Una filiale di Synergie Italia sta cercando un laureato recente per un tirocinio in Attività Amministrative e Contabili. Il candidato selezionato supporterà la gestione delle procedure aziendali e dell'aspetto contabile, con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato. La posizione offre uno stipendio mensile di 600€ e una formazione di 3-6 mesi.

Competenze

• Laureato in Economia preferito per supporto amministrativo.
• Conoscenze informatiche solide, specialmente in Excel.

Mansioni

• Gestione delle procedure amministrative e contabili.
• Redazione e archiviazione di documenti e gestione agende.
• Attività di segreteria generale e contabilità ordinaria.

Conoscenze

Buone abilità informatiche

Conoscenza di Microsoft Office

Job Description

Company: Synergie Italia Spa, Fano branch, is looking for a candidate for a client company.

Position: Recent graduate for Administrative and Accounting Activities

The selected candidate, under the supervision of a tutor, will be responsible for:

1. Handling administrative procedures within deadlines
2. Drafting and filling out documents
3. Archiving paper and electronic documentation
4. Scheduling meetings and appointments, managing the agenda
5. General secretarial activities
6. Ordinary accounting: invoicing, bookkeeping, VAT

Requirements

Applicants should have:

• A degree in Economics
• Good computer skills
• Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Additional Information

The offer includes a training internship lasting 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of permanent employment with the company.

Stipend of €600 is offered.

Work location: Fano
