Synergie Italia Spa, Fano branch, is seeking a candidate for a client company.

Position

The selected candidate, under the supervision of a tutor, will be responsible for:

• Handling administrative procedures within deadlines
• Drafting and completing documents
• Archiving paper and electronic documentation
• Scheduling meetings and appointments, managing the agenda
• General secretarial activities
• Ordinary accounting: invoicing, journal entries, VAT

Requirements

Applicants must have:

• A degree in Economics
• Good computer skills
• Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Additional Information

This is a training internship lasting 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of a permanent and stable employment with the company.

The internship offers a stipend of €600.

Work location: FANO
