Il Ruolo

The selected candidate, working within the Safety Assurance team for signaling projects, will be part of a growth and development path through continuous training and on-the-job support, aiming to acquire skills and establish themselves in the role. Supporting the Safety Assurance Manager, they will contribute to safety activities across various projects.

• Coordinate safety assurance activities based on the defined signaling safety process;
• Conduct safety analyses, manage hazard registers, review RAM, Cyber, V&V, T&C activities from a safety perspective;
• Define safety plans and manage the workload and planning related to safety;
• Create safety reports;
• Analyze and apply safety assurance methodologies (risk acceptance criteria, safety analysis, verification, and validation) defined for the project;
• Organize and participate in periodic safety reviews;
• Act as Safety Leader and follow the 8D process to contain and resolve safety issues in the field.

I Requisiti

• Degree in Electronic Engineering;
• Ability to interact with various stakeholders in an international environment;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Analytical skills, methodical approach, organizational skills, and good communication abilities complete the profile.
