PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: As Living Quarter Specialist, you will join our Naval Department, in the business line ENCAR, conducting the following activities:

1. Architectural and technical specification preparation;
2. Building services design and coordination (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety);
3. Detailed design from subcontractor review and follow-up;
4. Coordination with architect/REVIT designer and structural engineer;
5. Attendance to 3D reviews;
6. Basic knowledge of building services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety);
7. SOLAS rules;
8. Classification society rules (ABS, BV and/or DNV);
9. Use of 3D review tool Navisworks.

QUALIFICATION: Naval Architect LQ specialist

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Fluent

LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contract

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 10+ years

IT SKILLS: Office Suite

SOFT SKILLS: Motivation, Proactiveness, Communication

NICE TO HAVE: International mobility
