Purpose of the Position

As a Living Quarter Specialist in our Naval Department within the ENCAR business line, your activities will include:

• Preparing architectural and technical specifications.
• Designing and coordinating building services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety).
• Reviewing detailed designs from subcontractors and following up on progress.
• Coordinating with architects, REVIT designers, and structural engineers.
• Participating in 3D reviews.
• Having basic knowledge of building services and relevant rules (SOLAS, classification societies like ABS, BV, DNV).
• Using 3D review tools such as Navisworks.

Qualifications

Naval Architect – Living Quarter Specialist with at least 10 years of experience.

Language

Fluent in English.

Contract Type

Permanent contract.

Preferred

International mobility experience is a plus.
