PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: As Living Quarter Specialist, you will join our Naval Department, in the business line ENCAR, conducting the following activities:

• Architectural and technical specification preparation;
• Building services design and coordination (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety);
• Detailed design from Subcontractor review and follow-up;
• Coordination with architect/REVIT designer and structural engineer;
• Attendance to 3D reviews;
• Basic knowledge for building services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety);
• SOLAS rules;
• Classification society rules (ABS, BV and/or DNV);
• 3D review tool Navisworks.

QUALIFICATION: Naval Architect – LQ specialist

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Fluent

LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contract

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 10 years +

IT SKILLS: Office Suite

SOFT SKILLS: Motivation, Proactiveness, Communication

NICE TO HAVE: International mobility

LOCATION: Milan SAIPEM office.
