OpsArmy is seeking native Italian speakers with advanced English proficiency to join our Human Transcription Reviewer team. You will listen to English audio and review, correct, and validate AI-generated transcripts to ensure accuracy, grammar, punctuation, formatting, and readability.

This role targets individuals with a background in English, editing, transcription or quality assurance and a keen eye for detail. Strong listening comprehension and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a native Italian speaker with advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, spelling, and proofreading.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in review tasks.
• Ability to understand various English accents and contextual usage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Listen to recorded English conversations and review AI-generated transcripts.
• Correct transcription errors, grammar, punctuation, capitalization and formatting.
• Ensure transcripts accurately reflect the original spoken content.
• Identify contextual errors, misinterpretations and AI misses.
• Verify spelling, sentence structure and word usage.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency and readability.
• Follow project guidelines and established transcription standards.
• Meet productivity and turnaround expectations without quality loss.
• Flag unclear audio or discrepancies for review.
