What you will do :

  1. Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
  2. Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  3. Meet team KPIs
  4. Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
  5. Securely handle customers' sensitive information
  6. Apply the latest customer happiness practices
  7. Maintain knowledge of our client's products and services
  8. Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies

What you need to succeed :

  1. Native German and English communication skills
  2. At least 6 months of experience in customer support
  3. Analytical and research skills
  4. Positive and responsible attitude
  5. Personal laptop or computer (at least 8GB RAM) and stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)

Will be a great plus :

  1. Experience with CRM systems
  2. Experience in crypto / finance
