LifeScan is seeking a National Sales Manager in Milan to lead our sales team and execute strategies for product growth in diabetes care. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and knowledge in diabetes management. We are growing and have a fantastic opportunity for a National Sales Manager based in Milan, Italy to lead our highly successful sales team. You will report directly to the EMEA Southern Cluster Head and will be primarily responsible for in country Key Account / Field sales growth (Primary Care & Secondary Care & Pharmacies).
In this role you will be responsible for executing best in class sales strategy to achieve sales goals and marketing objectives for the LifeScan portfolio of products. You will also be responsible for developing annual strategies & business plans that are consistent with the broader organization initiatives, accountable for quarterly and annual sales goals. You will lead a team of exceptionally talented individuals to ensure they continue to develop and meet their targets.
Requirements
In order to be successful in this role, you will hold knowledge and practical experience in the commercial field, ideally with expertise at a senior level in health, particularly in the basics of Diabetes Mellitus and specifically on the techniques and products for SMBG / CGM / FGM as well. As a person you will be driven and results oriented; self-motivated and highly accountable.
