Business Development and sales management of selected target customers identified as Retailers in the Italian Pharmacy market, with the goal of developing all company brands according to PFI guidelines.
Responsibilities include:
- Continuous monitoring of results through monthly and cumulative analysis.
- Monitoring the market, competition, and customers, ensuring regular information flow to relevant teams.
- Monthly follow-up of sell-in, sell-out, and stock levels.
- Interpreting Sell-Out Data to identify key insights.
- Creating structured reporting systems for the Commercial Director and General Manager.
- Negotiating contracts with main players in indirect distribution independently.
- Negotiating agreements that include compensation.
- Maintaining an updated product assortment and exploring new opportunities.
- Ensuring rapid distribution of new launches and product availability in pharmacies.
- Implementing actions to increase sell-out.
- Monitoring results and turnover.
- Applying and overseeing the implementation of point-of-sale agreements.
- Presenting news and events.
- Constantly reporting business opportunities from the field.
- Having face-to-face meetings with customers at least once per quarter.
- Monitoring trends for new customers and their commercial potential.
- Assisting in devising a large-scale development strategy aligned with brand strategies.
- Implementing brand strategies in collaboration with other departments (Marketing, EC) and negotiating range marketing with customers according to current sales policies.
- Driving business review sessions, sharing results with strong rationales and insights, and evaluating new opportunities/actions for success.
Qualifications:
Education
- Degree in Economics focusing on business or sales.
- Professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years total experience.
- 3-5 years of sales experience.
- Experience in the pharmacy channel is a plus.
