Location: Italy - Remote

You will support our team as:

National Key Account Manager Amazon

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full P&L for Amazon, ensuring sales, profitability, and market share targets are met.
  • Developing and executing annual business plans focusing on growth drivers like assortment, promotions, media, and supply chain.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Amazon stakeholders at local and international levels.
  • Leading product launches, promotional activities, and content optimization to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Monitoring KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, market share, retail media) and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Digital teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Managing budgets, trade terms, and ad spend to maximize ROI.
  • Staying updated on Amazon policies and trends, translating insights into strategic actions.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field
  • 3-5 years in Key Account Management, with at least 2-3 years managing Amazon accounts
  • Strong understanding of Amazon operations and digital marketing within Amazon
  • Experience with e-commerce KPIs: CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, retail media metrics
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with an agile mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English
