SAIC seeks an onsite Systems Administrator for the Joint & Expeditionary Command and Control program at a Maritime Operations Center in Naples, Italy. The role covers enterprise, tactical, and deployable IT environments with 24/7 readiness and potential relocation to Naples for at least one year.

You will manage Windows/Linux systems, AD, Group Policy, Exchange, VMware ESXi/vSphere, Horizon VDI, and secure network gear such as Cisco/Juniper routers and Palo Alto VM-Series firewalls.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in Systems Administrator/Network Administrator or similar role.
• Security+ certification and IAT Level II or higher certification.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise, tactical, and deployable IT systems, including satellite and tactical networks.
• Provide technical end-user support; troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, network, and enterprise-service issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange Server.
• Engineer, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Cisco/Juniper routing, Palo Alto VM-Series firewalls, and other network infrastructure.
• Administer VMware ESXi/vSphere and Horizon VDI environments.
• Support C2LAN, C2 networks, deployable systems, and KG/TACLANE encryption.
