Our Enterprise Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. They build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and c-suite decision makers within their patch, and become natural at helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.

You will use your skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

Overview of the Role

We are currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our Local Government & Public Health Sales Team for Southern Italy with a special focus on Puglia Region.

The team has a focus on growing our entire portfolio of solutions with focus on Local Government & Public Health for South Italy (Regions, In-house, Municipalities, Public Utilities, Public Transportation and Public Health entities).

As an Account Executive, you will drive business opportunities through the end to end sales cycle engaging with senior executives within the assigned customer base, managing existing opportunities, creating new ones and acquiring net new customers. You will be working in a fast paced, innovative and growing environment.

Responsibilities

  • As part of our Sales team you will be selling our entire 360 solutions portfolio.
  • You will build and implement a territory and account strategy and plan to deliver maximum revenue potential.
  • You will indirectly coordinate an extended team of resources.
  • You will lead the entire sales-cycles.
  • You will be responsible for forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers.
  • You will work to promote the Salesforce vision through in-market events, public speaking, product demonstrations, and account specific initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of selling software, technology or Advisory & Implementation Projects at B2G C-level in South Italy.
  • 6+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales, account management and virtual team leadership experience.
  • Experience in selling technology or complex solutions to the public sector is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish credibility and trust with clients.
  • Strategic thinking and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A deep understanding of the Italian Local Government and Public Health and relevant experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Sales Methodology Education.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to develop cases and service requirements, while crafting and leading strategic alliances.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision.
