A design-led multidisciplinary studio in Milan is hiring 2 Junior Architects to work on hospitality and luxury residential projects. The role offers a chance to expand your experience across all project phases. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in architecture and interior design, with strong design and presentation skills. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.

Competenze

• Two years of professional experience in architecture and interior design.

• Understanding of construction details and materials.

Mansioni

• Produce design presentations and develop space plans.

DE.TALES is an expanding design-led multidisciplinary studio, with a focus on architecture and interior design for hospitality and luxury residential projects.

We are looking for two Junior Architects with a wider interest in all aspects of architecture and interior design to join a dynamic team in a fast-growing studio.

This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your experience and work on all phases of the project design and delivery.

You should be self-motivating, engaging with a positive attitude and be available as soon as possible. Remuneration will be related to experience and suitability.

Qualifications, qualities and experience :

• Two years of professional experience in architecture and interior design - experience in hospitality projects is a plus;
• Proficiency in the following is desirable : AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, Adobe Creative Suite - (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, hand drawings and visualizations;
• Excellent design and presentation skills;
• Produce design presentations;
• Developing space plans, detailed designs, color elevations;
• Understanding of design development packages including drawings, schedules, and specifications;
• Understanding of construction details;
• Understanding of materials, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and lighting;
• Understanding of FF&E specifications.
