IBDP English Language & Literature Teacher

EduTalent Group are seeking an experienced and passionate IBDP English Language & Literature Teacher to join a leading international school in the Lombardy Region from January 2026.

The role involves teaching English Language and Literature within the IB Diploma Programme, contributing to a dynamic and supportive department. Key Responsibilities:

• Teach engaging and well‑structured IBDP English Language & Literature lessons
• Inspire students to think critically and communicate effectively
• Design and deliver inquiry‑based learning experiences aligned with IB principles
• Assess student progress, providing constructive and timely feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and foster a culture of academic growth
