Position Summary
Responsible for MX products (Smartphones, Tablets, Notebooks, Mobile Solutions) sales improvement by supporting and developing relationships with Large Accounts (Corporate and SME).
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and/or exceed sales and profit targets in the MX Large Account channel.
- Retain long-term customer relationships with established end-user clients and generate demand from new prospects.
- Liaise between customers and company departments, including marketing, product marketing, pre-sales, and service to ensure high levels of service for named customers.
- Provide ongoing support to high-value clients, implementing business strategies to achieve profitable relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities with major accounts.
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and demand generation. Manage commercial negotiations and contracts, ensuring correct delivery of IM projects, products, and customer service.
- Liaise with Pre-Sales department to provide technical expertise about features, demos, maintenance, and customization of products and solutions.
- Close deals ensuring contracts are finalized within correct timeframes across the national territory.
- Manage sales forecasting and inventory, including stock planning and rotation.
- Monitor sales volumes, revenues, and costs against forecasts.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in Economics.
- Professional Experience: 3-5 years in B2B Sales (Products and Solutions), with preferred experience in Government sectors (Central and Local, Center/South – PAC, PAL).
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English.
- Travel requirement: 70% domestic transfers. International transfers may occur.
