Vertiv in Bologna, Italy seeks a Product Manager for the MV switchgear portfolio (1.5 kV–40.5 kV) to drive lifecycle management, market requirements, profitability, and go-to-market execution across EMEA. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, and supply chain to optimize lead times and product availability.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years in product management, technical marketing, or related fields in power distribution or electrical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of MV switchgear technologies (1.5 kV–40.5 kV) and procurement processes.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product roadmaps and business cases.
• Strong commercial acumen with profitability and portfolio prioritization.
• Business English proficiency (C1) is required.

Mansioni

• Own full lifecycle of MV Switchgears portfolio, including NPDI, extensions, and phase-outs.
• Gather market requirements from sales, channel partners, distributors, and end users.
• Define VOC and support business cases for new developments and enhancements.
• Research market trends, competitors, and demand drivers.
• Develop regional GTM plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Manage pricing guidance, forecasts, and corrective actions.
• Support sales with technical positioning and training materials.
• Deliver technical presentations and sales enablement collateral.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and supply chain for lead times and quality.
