Job summary

DO & CO in Munich invites experienced catering professionals to join our team behind world-class sporting events. You will support food production on match days at Allianz Arena, SAP Garden, and Olympiapark, producing meals according to our recipes in hot and cold kitchens across Munich.

As part of a dynamic team, you will organize your workstation in canteens, restaurants and banquets, ensure consistent quality and quantity of all meals for VIP and public areas, and uphold HAACP standards while

Qualifications

Willingness to relocate to Munich, Germany.
Team spirit and collaboration are essential.
Adaptable and flexible to changing event conditions.
Experience with high-volume work and lively guest environments.
Energetic and charismatic, with a passion for guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Support food production on match days in the Allianz Arena, SAP Garden Arena and Olympiapark and other locations.
Production according to the specified recipes in the hot and cold kitchens around Munich.
Organize your own work area in our canteen kitchens, as well as restaurants and banquet areas.
Ensure the quality and quantity of all meals, both in VIP and public areas.
Implementation of and compliance with high quality standards.
Compliance with HAACP specifications.
Cleaning and keeping the workplace clean.
