Job Opening: CRM Data Analyst

Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A., a leading multi-branch company within the Unipol Group and a leader in Italy's Damage Insurance sector, is seeking a professional to join its Marketing and Commercial Communication Department. The role is part of the "Targeting & Business Intelligence" team and aims to identify key information for customer segmentation and targeted marketing initiatives.

Location: Milan / Bologna

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Building target lists for marketing campaigns using advanced approaches like look-alike analysis based on customer characteristics and behaviors.
  2. Implementing and maintaining strategic customer segmentation, focusing on high-potential clients to enable personalized offers and dedicated service models.
  3. Defining and applying predictive models to analyze current and future insurance needs, aiming to reduce churn and support commercial development (e.g., decision trees, random forest, Basket Recommendation Engine).
  4. Managing Business Intelligence activities by creating dashboards focused on key client KPIs (stock and trend) and producing reports to monitor commercial performance.
  5. Designing and developing use cases to estimate the potential impact of future marketing initiatives, maximizing data utilization.

Qualifications include:

  1. Master's degree preferably in Statistical Sciences or a quantitative field with excellent academic record.
  2. At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a CRM Data Analyst in B2B2C business contexts.
  3. Knowledge of SQL, SAS, SPSS, R, or other data analysis programming languages.
  4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Access.
  5. Solid experience in applying machine learning models (supervised and unsupervised) for segmentation, propensity to purchase, and churn prediction.
  6. Ability to synthesize and present results effectively, utilizing data visualization tools.
  7. Preferably, knowledge of privacy regulations and GDPR.

The selected candidate will be employed under an indefinite contract in accordance with the CCNL Insurance Companies.
