Multifamily Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced property manager to oversee our multifamily property located in Rome, GA. The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, signing and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. The property manager also oversees the leasing staff and maintenance staff onsite. We are looking for a Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate and up to date records in our Yardi Operating system.
• Collecting rent, paying bills, scheduling, and keeping track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals.
• Coordinating and managing all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes.
• Establishing rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair.
• Showing units and generating excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner.
• Monitoring incoming leads and prospects and incorporating them into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers.

Qualifications

• Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some weekend and evening hours required.
• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred.

Compensation: $52,000 - $55,000
