Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

1. Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handling repairs as needed.
2. Manage other maintenance requests as required.
3. Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to ensure smooth equipment operation and safety.
4. Keep records of repairs and service history.
5. Inspect the building for structural damage to windows, doors, and walls, and perform necessary repairs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Over 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures.

Compensation

$24 - $28 hourly
