What You’ll do

• Join the Business IT Infrastructure Operations & DevSecOps Platform team, reporting directly to the Head of IT Infrastructure Operations & DevSecOps Platform.
• Ensure that IT operations related to Multi Cloud Infrastructures and Services are scalable, optimized, secured, and compliant with corporate and industry regulations. Collaborate with IT Infrastructure Operations teams, Architecture Team, SOC, FinOps Team, and Development Factories to implement governance policies, optimize cloud operations, and enhance cloud security posture to minimize risks and improve operational efficiency.

What you’ll bring

• At least 5 years of experience in governance roles within Cloud, IT Operations, or IT Architecture.
• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (OCI is a plus), operations monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch, Grafana), basic understanding of security frameworks and operational risk management, familiarity with automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, ability to manage multiple priorities, and passion for technology.
• Effective collaboration skills with technical teams and business stakeholders in a multicultural, international environment.
• Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
