What we offer:

Dematic is seeking a MU Sorter Project Manager for a permanent position at our premises in Cernusco sul Naviglio. The successful candidate will oversee intercompany projects, ensuring timely delivery according to scope and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible from contract acquisition to acceptance for circular sorter projects.

Main activities:

• Coordinate and complete projects on time, within scope and budget
• Ensure resource availability and proper allocation
• Coordinate resources across the Center of Excellence (Engineering, Procurement, On-site activities)
• Monitor manufacturing status in collaboration with the Factory Manager
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Manage relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports
• Manage project risks

Tasks and Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in logistics automation is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30%)
• PMP certification is advantageous
