What we offer

Dematic is looking for a Project Manager to be hired with a permanent contract for its premises. The successful candidate will ensure that all intercompany projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The MU Sorter Project Manager will be responsible from contract acquisition to acceptance, specifically for circular sorter projects.

Main activities :

• Coordinate and complete projects on time, within scope and budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Coordinate resources across the Center of Excellence (Engineering, Procurement, On-site activities)
• Monitor manufacturing status in collaboration with the Factory manager
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Manage relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting

Tasks and Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in logistics automation is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English; second language is a plus
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30%)
• PMP certification is a plus
