A consulting and technical solutions firm based in Italy seeks a Data Entry Assistant. Responsibilities include recording supplier invoices, maintaining documents, and ensuring data accuracy. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of data entry experience. Proficiency in MS Office is required. This is a full-time position with a short-term contract, offering a salary as per company scale.

Competenze

Descrizione del lavoro

  • Ensure all supplier invoices received from various sources, including UNICEF, NGOs, donations, etc., are accurately recorded in mSupply.
  • Record all distributions to health facilities in mSupply.
  • Maintain and organize all related documents, including supplier and customer invoices.
  • Collect monthly reports from health facilities, verify data consistency, and enter information such as consumption, damages, wastage, and stock-out days.
  • Check data quality before entering pharmaceutical data into the mSupply database.
  • Collaborate with UNICEF mSupply focal point and team members to ensure accurate data recording.
  • Verify the quality of consumption reports submitted by health facilities and communicate any issues for corrective action.
  • Implement and maintain regular backup procedures for mSupply data.
  • Report errors and incomplete invoices prior to data entry.
  • Properly file and record all reports, GRNs, and documents, both hard and soft copies.
  • Generate monthly procurement, receipt, issue, and stock reports from mSupply.
  • Conduct quarterly stock take reports from mSupply.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (fresh graduates are eligible).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data entry.
  • Strong typing skills, with knowledge of touch-typing preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and related tools.
