Job Description:

Overview

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a field-based professional with a strong clinical or scientific background and excellent communication skills. The MSL represents the Medical Affairs organization to the medical and scientific community, covering the Triveneto and Lombardia EST regions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain relationships with thought leaders (TLs) within the assigned territory and participate in scientific exchanges.
2. Respond to requests for information on company products and pipeline, and support reimbursement efforts.
3. Facilitate clinical trials and investigator-sponsored studies, providing updates and feedback to medical teams.
4. Deliver scientific presentations and provide training within regulatory guidelines.
5. Identify and update members of the Speakers’ Bureau with new clinical data.
6. Support advisory boards and investigator meetings, including content development and presentation.
7. Represent the company at medical meetings and events.
8. Ensure compliance with SOPs, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
9. Maintain expertise in relevant products and disease areas.
10. Participate in departmental committees and share best practices.
11. Uphold corporate values and ensure ethical conduct.

Qualifications

1. Advanced clinical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent).
2. Experience in hematology and/or oncology preferred.
3. Pharmaceutical/MSL experience is a plus.
4. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
5. Flexibility, diplomacy, and travel readiness.
