Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Latina, Italy is seeking an Assistant Scientist for the MSAT Department on a 6-month temporary contract. The role joins the team managing validation projects and reports to the MSAT VO Supervisor.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, assess risks, ensure timely communication and documentation, and support investigations into non-conformances, contributing to compliant, efficient production for oral solids.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a scientific field (Engineering, Pharmacy, CTF or Chemistry)
• At least 6 months experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Oral Solid production preferred)
• Fluency in Italian and English (B2 level and above)
• Knowledge of GMP and quality related to manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products
• Basic experience in Project Management

• Plan and coordinate activities for MSAT projects across departments.
• Identify risks early and define mitigation strategies with stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time introduction balancing base production needs.
• Communicate timely with MSAT Management and Global Functions to align with production plans.
• Ensure availability of quality documentation for project execution.
