Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking an Assistant Scientist – PKG (TD) in the MSAT Department at the Latina (Borgo San Michele) plant. The role supports New Product Introduction and Technical Transfer projects and reports to the MSAT Sr SPV.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, 6+ months in pharma, English fluency, GMP knowledge, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to meet timelines.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, CTF or Chemistry.
• At least 6 months experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Oral Solid production preferred).
• Fluent in English (B2 level and above) with good knowledge of GMP related to manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
• Able to work in a multi-department and dynamic environment and to deal urgencies on the shop floor.

• Lead planning and coordination of activities with involved departments.
• Identify risks and define mitigation strategies.
• Assess business impact, quality, compliance and safety with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely communication with MSAT Sr Manager and Global Functions.
• Maintain timely quality documentation for project execution.
• Support investigations for non-conformances during project activities.
