Electrolux Professional in Italy seeks a Motor Technology Specialist to design, develop, and optimize electric motors for professional laundry, food and beverage equipment. You will focus on electromagnetic design, thermal management, mechanical integration, prototyping, and validation to improve efficiency, cost, noise, reliability, and manufacturability across global markets.

As part of the Global Technology team, you’ll collaborate with electronics, control, and manufacturing groups to ensure

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in electric motor design for high-volume products.
• Experience with motor simulation tools and validation.
• Knowledge of thermal management and vibration considerations.

Mansioni

• Design, develop and optimize electric motors for professional products.
• Perform motor sizing, selection and analysis of stator, rotor, winding and housing.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing for DFM/DFA and cost targets.
• Define validation plans: efficiency, thermal rise, durability, NVH, reliability.
• Work with inverter/drive and control algorithms teams.
