Pirelli is seeking a motivated graduate to join the Moto Business Unit in Milan. You will assist in production scheduling, monitor stocks, and support inbound/outbound logistics to help achieve short- and medium-term sales goals.

You will learn to develop analytics capabilities, collaborate across functions, and contribute to KPI reporting and process improvements in a dynamic, youth-oriented environment.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel.

Mansioni

• Weekly analysis and control of stocks and transit situation.
• Support the implementation of a new analytics tool.
• Collaborate with Cross Functional team to guarantee Original Equipment and Racing service level.
• Reports and new KPIs.
• Drive improvements generating process and procedure documents for new activities.
• Work closely with Production Schedulers to support on area's shared goals and troubleshooting.
• Stock allocation and transit tracking to support sales forecasts.
