Job Description:

We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to be employed in our Milan office.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a talented and passionate Motion Graphics Designer to join our team in Milan. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of motion design, stays ahead of the latest trends, and consistently delivers outstanding visual content.

Key Accountabilities

1. Develop high-quality motion graphics and animation projects, with a strong focus on design exploration and pushing creative boundaries.
2. Stay up to date with the latest design techniques, trends, and innovations in graphic and motion design.
3. Apply a solid understanding of animation principles, visual timing, and storyboarding, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of dynamic motion graphics.
4. Bring a fearless passion for graphic design, branding, and innovation, always striving for excellence.
5. Explore emerging technologies and their integration into the creative process, including AI-driven solutions.
6. Adapt motion content for various digital formats, including social media, advertising, and web applications.

Requirements

1. 4+ years' experience in creative, branding, or design agencies.
2. Expert knowledge of After Effects, Premiere and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with Figma and Blender (or other 3D software) is a plus.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing advanced motion design skills, graphic design attitude and creative thinking.
4. Experience with storytelling through motion and an understanding of video production workflows.
5. Passion for technology and a curiosity for cutting-edge design trends.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. A proactive and positive team player who can also work independently.
