Role Purpose

We are seeking a talented and passionate Motion Graphics Designer to join our team in Milan. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of motion design, stays ahead of the latest trends, and consistently delivers outstanding visual content.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop high-quality motion graphics and animation projects with a strong focus on design exploration and pushing creative boundaries.
• Stay up to date with the latest design techniques, trends, and innovations in graphic and motion design.
• Apply a solid understanding of animation principles, visual timing, and storyboarding, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of dynamic motion graphics.
• Bring a passionate approach to graphic design, branding, and innovation, always striving for excellence.
• Explore emerging technologies and their integration into the creative process, including AI-driven solutions.
• Adapt motion content for various digital formats, including social media, advertising, and web applications.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in creative branding or design agencies.
• Expert knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with Figma and Blender (or other 3D software) is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing advanced motion design skills, a graphic design attitude, and creative thinking.
• Experience with storytelling through motion and an understanding of video production workflows.
• Passion for technology and curiosity for cutting-edge design trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and positive team player who can also work independently.
