IK Multimedia is seeking a talented Motion Graphics, 3D & Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Modena, Italy. You will craft motion graphics, 3D product animations, visual effects and marketing assets for global audiences, collaborating closely with video, design, marketing and product teams.

The role emphasizes generative AI support, brand coherence and delivering polished visuals for campaigns across websites and social platforms.

We are looking for a talented and motivated Motion Graphics, 3D & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate combines motion design, 3D animation and graphic design skills with a practical understanding of the latest generative AI tools.

The Role

You will create motion graphics, 3D product animations, visual effects and graphic assets for product launches, advertising, websites, videos and social media. Working closely with the video, graphic design, marketing and product teams, you will transform creative concepts into polished visual content for an international audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animated titles, transitions and promotional sequences
• Develop 3D product animations, materials, lighting, camera movements and rendered scenes
• Produce compositing, tracking, masking, keying and visual-effects work in Adobe After Effects
• Design campaign graphics, layouts, digital advertising assets and social media content
• Integrate 3D, motion graphics, live-action footage and product imagery into cohesive visual stories
• Use generative AI tools to support concept development, storyboarding, image creation, animation and production workflows
• Prepare and adapt creative assets for websites, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and advertising platforms
• Maintain visual consistency with IK Multimedia's brand identity
• Organize project files, 3D scenes, renders and graphic assets efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams while managing multiple projects and deadlines

Skills & Experience

• fter Effects skills, including motion graphics, compositing, tracking, masking and animation
• Experience with 3D graphics and animation software such as Blender, Cinema 4D or equivalent
• Understanding 3D modeling, materials, texturing, lighting, cameras and rendering
• Strong graphic design skills and good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Practical experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney and Kling AI
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy and brand consistency
• Ability to translate creative direction into clear and engaging visual content
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant motion graphics, 3D, animation and graphic design work

Nice to Have

• Experience creating content for musical instruments, pro audio, consumer electronics or technology brands
• Familiarity with music-creation products and the musical-instrument, recording or pro-audio markets
• Experience playing a musical instrument, recording music, or using DAWs, audio plug-ins and related music-production tools
• Knowledge of IK Multimedia products and brands
• Knowledge of color grading, sound editing or video production workflows
• Photography or videography experience
• Familiarity with current visual, social media and content-production trends
• Creative, curious and eager to learn
