Client Advisor - Assessment Center

For our boutique opening in Milan Galleria, we are looking for 3 Client Advisors to play a pivotal role in this new exiting journey.

We are planning an Assessment Center in our Richemont Milan Office on the 16th of July. This is a great chance to show your skills in a creative environment, to foster connections and most importantly to discover the Montblanc heritage and craftmanship.

How will you make an impact? You will :

  • Drive sales performance by actively contributing to the daily sales process and consistently achieving personal and boutique sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, offering expert advice and guidance in product selection, and introducing complementary or alternative items to enhance their experience.
  • Manage payment processing, including cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
  • Oversee the receipt and recording of substantial inventory deliveries, maintaining meticulous records and organization.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local clients, leveraging a deep understanding of the Milanese luxury market.
  • Utilize digital tools and CRM applications to enhance client engagement and personalize the shopping experience.

How will you experience success with us?

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in luxury retail, demonstrating a strong understanding of the high-end market.
  • Exceptional fluency in Italian and English is essential. Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly desirable.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Milan area, including local client preferences and luxury market trends.
  • Established network of local clients and connections within the Milanese luxury scene.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of achieving results and exceeding expectations.
  • Demonstrated affinity for digital technologies and CRM applications.
  • Impeccable personal presentation, refined manners, and an innate sense of style, reflecting an appreciation for luxury goods.
  • Highly reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility, independence, and exceptional organizational skills.
