Company Description

Synergie Italia Spa, branch in Sant' Ilario D'Enza, is seeking for a leading company in the automotive sector based in Montecchio Emilia (RE).

Position

Mechanical Assembler

You will be responsible for assembling and commissioning company products. You will follow technical specifications and drawings, ensuring all operations meet quality and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and troubleshoot technical issues during assembly.

You will also be involved in testing machinery to ensure proper operation before delivery to clients.

Requirements

Good mechanical knowledge and experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the automotive sector. Manual dexterity and ability to read technical diagrams are essential. Skills in welding and using bench tools are appreciated. A focus on safety and work quality is required.

Working hours are day shifts (8:00-12:30 and 14:00-17:30), Monday to Friday, with flexibility for shifts.
