Montatore Meccanico / Montatrice Meccanica

Company Description

Synergie Italia S.p.a, a multinational leader in the Human Resources sector, branch of Laghi Direzionale, is seeking for an important client in the aeronautical sector:

Position

The candidate will be inserted as an operator in the assembly department and will be responsible for assembling and mounting mechanical and structural components based on drawings or technical specifications.

The resource will also handle installation, small mechanical works, and testing.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the role (even brief);
• Diploma of maturità with a technical focus or equivalent;
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
• Full-time availability, shifts (including night shifts), and central hours;
• Motivation, reliability, and ability to work in a team are also required.

Additional Information

• Contract: initial fixed-term contract through temporary agency with possible extension and direct hiring;
• Working hours: full-time 40h, Monday to Friday (day or shift work including night shifts);
• Work location: near Samarate (VA).
