Satispay seeks a Monitoring & Oversight Analyst to lead real-time surveillance, assess high-volume alerts, and refine detection rules with Product and Data teams, with relocation to Luxembourg.

The role emphasizes process optimization, mentorship, and rigorous documentation to meet regulatory standards in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years in transaction monitoring, real-time fraud operations, or KYT surveillance in fintechs or digital banks.
• Subject matter expertise in transaction monitoring principles, payment flows, velocity patterns, and regulatory frameworks like FATF and EU directives.
• Advanced data literacy and experience with Looker, Splunk, HEX, Redshift and SQL.

In this role, you will lead real-time surveillance to detect and contain fraudulent activity across Satispay’s ecosystem. You’ll work within Fincrime Operations to assess high-volume alerts, escalate complex cases, and refine detection rules in collaboration with Product and Data teams. The position emphasizes process optimization, mentorship, and rigorous documentation to meet regulatory standards. A key hook is shaping live monitoring rules to scale risk management in a fast-growing fintech environment, with relocation to Luxembourg.

• 3+ years in transaction monitoring, real-time fraud operations, or KYT surveillance in high-volume fintechs or digital banking networks
• Subject matter expertise in transaction monitoring principles, payment flows, velocity patterns, and regulatory frameworks (FATF, EU Directives, PSD3/SCA) — professional certifications valued
• Advanced data & systems literacy with tools like Looker, Splunk, HEX, Redshift and SQL
• Strong track record of identifying gaps in automated detection models and turning them into monitoring scenarios
