Moncler in Milan invites a motivated Knitwear & Jersey Purchasing Intern to join our Global HQ. This curricular internship runs for 6 months, full-time, in our Purchasing team, supporting data entry, PO issuance, color development coordination, and archival work.

You will gain hands-on experience with PLM/Stealth systems, improve your Excel and reporting skills, and collaborate across mills and weaving teams while receiving an internship allowance and meal vouchers.

Competenze

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent English.
• Familiarity with PLM and Stealth systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills.

Mansioni

• Assist with data entry in PLM and Stealth systems, including material and color master data creation and maintenance; monitor stock availability.
• Support purchasing by issuing and tracking purchase orders to yarn mills and weaving department, ensuring timely confirmations and delivery.
• Coordinate color development by sending references to suppliers and following lab dip submissions to deadlines.
• Maintain and update the yarn archive book with new color developments.

CURRICULAR INTERNSHIP | FULL-TIME | 6 MONTHS

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Knitwear & Jersey Purchasing Intern to join our Purchasing department at our Global HQ in Milan.

Your Impact

In this role, you will support the team in the following tasks:

• Managing data entry in PLM and Stealth systems, including material and color master data creation and maintenance, as well as stock availability checks
• Supporting the purchasing process by issuing and monitoring purchase orders to yarn mills and the weaving department (samples, prototypes, collections, and press garments), ensuring timely order confirmations and on-time delivery
• Coordinating color development activities by sending color references to suppliers and following up on lab dip submissions in line with agreed deadlines
• Maintaining and updating the yarn archive book with new color developments

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent command of English
• Familiarity with PLM and Stealth systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good communication skills
