Moncler in Milan offers an internship in Vendors Compliance and Sustainability within the Indirect Purchasing team. You will support onboarding, ESG requirements, and sustainability initiatives while learning how global HQ procurement operates.

You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, assist with product development inputs, and help manage communications to meet stakeholder needs. The program includes growth opportunities and an €800 monthly internship allowance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Word.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Assist vendor onboarding and qualification processes.
• Support ESG compliance activities for the company.
• Coordinate sustainability projects for the Milan office.
• Assist with supplier communications on offers, contracts, and payment terms.
• Maintain stakeholder communications to understand requirements.

Overview

We are looking for a passionate and engaged Vendors Compliance and Sustainability Intern to join our Indirect Purchasing department in our Global HQ in Milan.

Your Impact

• Support Vendor management activities with a specific focus on supplier onboarding, qualification and ESG requirements
• Manage all the Sustainability projects of the office
• Support the product development of the products purchased by the office
• Regular internal communications to better understand the requirement and needs of stakeholder
• Support external communications with suppliers regarding commercial offers, contracts, payments terms, and data collection

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above in Sustainability
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite, mainly Excel and Word
• Proficient in English
• Project Management skills
• Good interpersonal skills- proactive and curious
