Great mechanical engineering is not the only criteria anymore for delivering the best cars in the world. Using state-of-the-art software technologies is key to providing the requested user experience. Our engineering team is looking for a MBD Engineer with MATLAB and Simulink experience. We need a person who is well organized, detail-oriented, responsible, open-minded, communicative, ready to work in a team, with good knowledge of English. Responsibilities

  • Model based development using MATLAB/Simulink:
    • Develop Simulink and Stateflow models for control logic.
    • Implement control algorithms for automotive ADAS systems.
    • Define and simulate models to validate system behavior.
  • Code generation and integration:
    • Use MATLAB born tools to generate C++ code from models.
    • Ensure compliance with MISRA and other automotive coding standards.
    • Integrate the generated code into the hand-coded interfaces.
  • Testing and validation:
    • Perform MIL testing.
    • Perform test harnesses.
  • Documentation and compliance:
    • Follow customer development process guidelines and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
    • Maintain proper documentation of models/configurations and test results.
    • Document issues, resolutions, and lessons learned for future reference.

SKILLS

Must have:

  • MATLAB Simulink, Stateflow, Vector Davinci Configurator, Model in Loop Testing (MIL), Software in the Loop (SIL), auto code generation.

Nice to have:

  • CAN/CAN_FD communication protocols, NVIDIA stack knowledge, AUTOSAR (AUTomotive Open System Architecture), Functional Safety, C++, Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS).
