This role will support timely and comprehensive assignee and traveller analytics, insights, and tools to support operations and crisis management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Mobility analytics around assignments and costs
- Accountable for BS & MI data management including Reporting Inventory & Collibra, Data Governance Global Roster Consolidation, Impacts of Workday, NGGM, Org changes
- Leads BS & MI analytics innovation work developing new tools to support management of cost, compliance, and carbon
- Provides oversight of CWT analytics services
- Manages reporting support for country-specific reporting in support of local requirements, e.g., China Hotels : Air, Airfare Accruals; USA : Non-USA WBS Usage for Bus travelers; USA Work Visa Maximums; Canada : LMIA Compliance; LATAM : Travel Auto Approval; Australia travel data for Finance; ANZ business travel payment and accruals; MET : UAE P44 monthly travel report; NBB Travel Report; ASG : Airfare Report
- Manages reporting support of crisis response
- Manages routine analytics supporting the Travel Program, including CWT Settlements, Departure date verification, AMEX data, Travel Plans to AP55 countries, Global HC report for AMEX, CWT Analytics, Tripp Reporting
- Manages routine analytics supporting the Assignments program, including Assignment Analytics, Global inbounds report, Employee travel plan reports, Onsite Offshore Pipeline, Cross-border activity, Active assignments and transfers for HR, Triage missing assignees, Travel Entry Summary, Immigration Audit Report
- Manages routine reporting supporting the M&E program, including M&E Report, Capacity Management, Cost Forecasts, and cost tracking improvements
- Responds promptly and effectively to leadership ad hoc requests regarding operational issues and travel patterns
- Supports capacity management through resource balancing across India and BA Teams
- Applies new data tools to reduce workload, integrate data, surface insights, and supports automation to enhance efficiency
Must have :
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong analytical skills
- Leadership skills to lead teams in Argentina and India
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of Accenture Mobility and HR tools, supervisory experience
- Understanding of Accenture’s business strategy, objectives, and structure
- Deep experience with Microsoft tools, including Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience managing executive stakeholders and operational excellence
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple activities, issues, and escalations
