American Health Associates, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist to serve patients across the Cleveland/Akron region, including home visits and skilled nursing facilities. This role emphasizes independence, accuracy, and compassionate patient care.

You'll collect specimens, verify patient information, and adhere to documentation standards while traveling to diverse settings. The position offers full-time hours and a flexible schedule to meet patient needs.

Competenze

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Mansioni

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques.
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners.
• Complete required documentation and communicate with laboratory and facility staff.
