Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will join a long-term project (12–24 months) aimed at ensuring continuity, quality, and progressive growth of the product. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining complex mobile applications within digital banking services.
• Developing cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Contributing to the technical design and evolution of app architecture.
• Integrating native Android/iOS functionalities where necessary.
• Resolving bugs and optimizing application performance in production.
• Collaborating actively with the development team and UX/UI designers.
• Proposing innovative solutions and contributing to continuous project improvement.
• Maintaining high code quality following best practices and code review processes.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in complex mobile projects.
• Preferably a degree in STEM fields.
• Excellent knowledge of React Native.
• Experience and predisposition for teamwork.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for interfacing with clients and colleagues in India.
• Knowledge of native Android/iOS development is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactivity.
• Ability to work independently and learn new technologies.

Work Location and Conditions

• Operational locations: Biella / Turin.
• In-person work mode: 2/5 days.
• Remuneration and classification will be based on experience.
