Job Description
In your new role, you will:
- Contribute to the definition and development of mixed-signal and digital verification methodologies and tools, actively incorporating and evaluating AI/ML techniques to enhance the IC design flow.
- Align with internal development engineers worldwide and EDA vendors to understand the requirements of next-generation products and initiate strategic projects for future verification challenges.
- Drive verification efficiency and effectiveness through standardization, innovation, and reuse, including strategic application of AI/ML, and foster university collaborations and verification community engagement.
- Consult and guide internal developers on verification issues.
- Generate, maintain, and execute technical training in your area of expertise.
Your Profile
As a Mixed-Signal Verification Engineer, you manage your performance reliably, push ideas to full implementation, and establish successful collaborations quickly. You are best suited if you have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or similar.
- At least 3 years of professional experience with deep understanding of mixed-signal and digital IC verification.
- Good experience with EDA tools such as Cadence AMS-Designer/XCelium and Synopsys VCS/XA. Experience with test bench concepts and methodologies (UVM) is highly desirable.
- Profound knowledge of HDL languages, especially SystemVerilog, with the ability to write synthesizable and behavioral code, including real-number modeling.
- Initial experience or strong interest in applying AI/ML to IC design and verification.
- Practical experience with scripting languages like Python, Perl, and Shell.
- An independent, responsible working style within an international team.
- Fluent English skills.
