JOB PURPOSE

Miu Miu is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an In-Store Runner. The main purpose of this role is to assist in receiving, storing, and issuing sales floor merchandise in a timely manner. The In-Store Runner acts as the point of contact between the shop floor and the store warehouse, which is external. The role involves frequent movement, lifting, and carrying of merchandise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Product Handling: Efficiently load and unload merchandise to and from designated areas, maintaining product integrity.
2. Replenishment: Restock the shop floor and assist sales staff to ensure excellent customer service.
3. Counter Maintenance: Maintain and replenish the packaging counter to meet customer needs.
4. Organization: Arrange and organize items on display both on the shop floor and in the store warehouse.
5. Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and warehouse, adhering to Miu Miu's standards.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Dynamic and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
