JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for someone to support both sales and stock management.

The candidate will act as a “brand ambassador”, conveying the Brand’s philosophy and values. Responsibilities include maximizing sales performance by fostering customer relationships and developing brand loyalty, providing a unique in-store experience, and guiding clients into our world.

Additionally, the candidate will oversee stock management, ensuring KPIs, adherence to corporate guidelines, and procedures. They will facilitate sales through impeccable stock maintenance, minimize stock losses, and implement guidelines from the Store Operations Department and Store Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience.
  • Develop client relationships through personalized approaches, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
  • Engage proactively in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve targets.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual displays, complying with operational guidelines.
  • Contribute to high security standards and prevent product thefts.
  • Ensure product safety and proper handling during storage and transfer.
  • Manage daily goods receipt, merchandise arrangement, and preparation for sale.
  • Conduct stock counts and manage inventory procedures.
  • Track product flow using SAP system.
  • Manage stockroom activities related to repairs and markdowns.
  • Coordinate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries according to guidelines and deadlines.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Fluent spoken English required; additional languages are desirable.

Strong affinity for luxury products.

High sense of responsibility.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Organized and detail-oriented.

Mature and assertive attitude.

A degree in Business/Retail Management or equivalent is a plus.
