Job Description:

Summary
The new resource will be part of Knauf Italy's Manufacturing area and will focus on gypsum quarries at production sites.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of the documentation of the applications and authorizations obtained;
• Knowledge of the authorized implementation project;
• Support the quarry manager to send to the relevant agencies all the necessary documentation to certify the activity performed during the year;
• Coordinate planned preventive and on-going maintenance work to ensure the efficient operation of machinery (MMT) and equipment;
• Knowledge of mining machinery;
• Agree with the quarry manager on the activities of the Supervisors and quarry workers, establishing priorities for action;
• Conduct quarry facilities (fixed crushing and screening plants);
• Verify the safety condition of vehicles and/or driven plants, provide for proper daily maintenance, complete related forms, and report anomalies to the Quarry Manager;
• Comply with regulatory requirements regarding hygiene and safety at work (e.g., Legislative Decree 624/96, Presidential Decree 128/59), and follow service orders issued by the Quarry Management, ensuring compliance with authorization and administrative requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, geology engineering, or mine surveying;
• Fluent in Italian and English;
• Proficiency in office applications and AutoCAD;
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, dynamism, and teamwork skills;
• Result-oriented attitude;

Salary:

Six months of employment with the possibility of extension for another six months. €700.00 per month, plus transportation allowance (€8 or €16 if in transfer) and kilometric allowance.
