Yibi Precision is seeking an entrepreneurial Technical Business Developer to pioneer MIM technology adoption and drive European market growth. You will act as a Technology Evangelist, bridging Yibi's China engineering excellence with European manufacturing needs to position the company as the preferred partner for complex metal components.

You will lead market strategy, provide design-for-manufacturability guidance, and manage the full client acquisition cycle from technical pitch to project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in technical business development or application engineering in precision manufacturing (MIM, Die Casting, or CNC).
• Proven ability to introduce new manufacturing tech to skeptical markets and form partnerships.
• Bilingual German and English at native/full professional level.

Responsabilités

• Develop Go-to-Market strategy to position Yibi as MIM leader in Europe.
• Lead Design for Manufacturability sessions with client teams.
• Own end-to-end client acquisition from pitch to implementation.
• Represent Yibi at industry conferences and deliver technical workshops.
