Responsibilities Include:

1. Assisting clients with styling that leads to purchase decisions
2. Providing clients with extensive knowledge of the maison
3. Approaching clients in a professional manner, while personalizing their shopping experience
4. Building and maintaining a client base with follow-up outreach via communication channels such as texts, WhatsApp, phone calls, or emails
5. Managing basic store operations such as processing shipments and transfers in a timely manner
6. Maintaining brand standards by following visual merchandising guides and protocols

We are currently expanding our retail team at Rick Owens Milan and seeking a talented individual with a true passion for luxury retail. This opportunity is for an experienced retail associate residing in Milan. The ideal candidate should command both Italian and English languages.
