Description

As a Workday HCM Functional Analyst, you will be part of a team of professional services consultants with the objective of analyzing clients’ business requirements and translating them into effective Workday solutions, enhancing organizational efficiency.

Your main role is to customize the Workday platform to fit our client's specific needs and organizational structure. This involves transforming the platform from scratch into a fully functional cloud-based system that accurately mirrors the client's company. Your duties include configuring various features such as vacation tracking, learning resources, and benefits administration to align with the client's requirements. With your expertise, Workday will be seamlessly configured and optimized to improve our client’s HR (HCM) and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct meetings with Executives, Managers, and HR Representatives of multinational organisations to gather, understand, and analyze their business requirements for various functional areas, especially Human Capital Management (Core HCM).
  • Design, prototype, and configure tailor-made Workday solutions keeping the needs of all stakeholders at the center of all your decisions.
  • Lead demo sessions with clients to showcase your configuration and assist them in testing the platform.
  • Provide clients with subject matter expertise on key business process decisions related to industry and functional areas.
  • Closely collaborate with the Project Manager by respecting milestones and delivering regular updates through status reports.
  • Stay updated on Workday's Implementation Methodology and ensure that clients follow best practices for optimal utilization.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and collaborate with other consultants within the Workday Community to suggest product enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Whatever your degree, you must have a clear understanding of how technology changes the way organizations work and compete.
  • Examples of degrees include Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, and other STEM degrees. It's not necessary to know programming languages; what's important is to have logical reasoning skills and an interest in technology.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work without supervision.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent language skills in Italian and English (Spanish and French are a plus!)

Work location: Milan. Ability to travel when needed.
